1986 Toyota Cressida 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

How do you turn UP the idle on an 86 Toyota Cressida so it will sit at 700RPM as opposed to its current setting at 500RPM

On the throttle body there's a plug for the idle adjustment screw. Before you adjust you need to short T to E-1 on the check connector
