IS IT NORMAL THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL BE HARD TO
PUSH DOWN TO STOP AT ANY POINT, OR SHOULD
I HAVE THEM LOOK AT TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS SO WHERE I CAN MAKE EVEN STOPS
INSTEAD OF TRYING TO PUSH DOWN HARD.

Hard brake-could be a problem with vacuum hose to the brake booster leaking or the brake booster itself
