What is causing my car to run rough/die after fueling?

First retrieve the "codes" out of the ECM Here`s how:

Then comeback with the codes.

Looks to me like the charcoal canister its "full" and that`s the cause of the rough idle..

but we`ll see as soon as you get the "codes"
