2010 Toyota Corolla Leaking under the dashboard

2010 Toyota Corolla 55000 miles

There is a water leak under my dashboard. It is constant when the AC is on and sounds like crushed ice sloshing when I turn corners. The water pours enough that the driver's and front seat passenger's shoes are soaked after a 15 minute drive. My husband has been out of work for 9 months, me a year and a half. Is it something we can fix?

It is either a heater core, weather sealer leaking.

IS you warranty expired? I thought Toyota extended it.
