I just bought this new car and the AC works. Problem is, when it is super hot outside and sunny, it doesn't feel as cold. When it is overcast or at night, it is very chilly. I was wondering if it's because my car is black and it has a dark interior? Or is this something I should have the dealer look at? Thanks.

The black color doesn't help, but AC should cool you off in any weather.

Toyota switched to a new freon called 134HFC in 2009, but take to dealer, they will measure temp of air in vent to verify if AC is working.
