I HAVE A WATER STAIN ON THE UPPER SIDE OF THE DRIVER'S REAR PASSENGER SEAT. WHERE IN THE WORLD CAN IT BE COMING FROM?

It could be the weather stripping on the door(s) or rear window.
Take it to a car wash and have someone sit in the back seat, look for any water intrusion around the door and rear window or sunroof if equipped.

Don't rule out someone (family member) that stained the seat and won't admit to it.
