In the morning only when the car is cold and I start it there is squealing noise like a belt. It only last a few minutes but gets louder when I back out of the garage.

Next time it happens, raise the rpm up and see if it gets louder. A good way to make sure that it is a belt(or pulley) is to get some dielectric grease and squirt a pinky size on your finger and rub some on the inside of the belt and outside of it. If it goes away then you are going in the right direction. Don't put too much on the belt.
