2008 Toyota Corolla Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 172566 miles

Hi,
my car has been making some clicking sound when i turn to tthe left. i suspect the front left wheel has a problem with the CV joint. Please advise

Check the inner and outer CV boots for rips and tears, that is generally how it starts.
In most cases, I would replace the entire CV axle with a reman'd unit, but since this is an 08, they may not be available.
