what kind of Transmission and motor fluid it use in this model?

Check your owners manual, it has all the information. Newer Toyotas have a very long (if any) transmission fluid change interval.
Change oil and filter every 3,000 miles, change coolant every 2 years/24,000 miles.
The maint. schedule is in the owners manual, follow it and your car will last a long time.
