Is This covered even I have it for 3 years and 56000 miles, My car start great then when it heat up it shut down it self.... I have it check in autozone and code P0606 and P0607 ,

Check your owners manual, but emmissions are covered under federal law over and above the factory warranty.
The PCM would be part of emmissions system.
