Just had replaced a front window and ever since the security system is going off whenever it wants when I'm driving it. It could be a coincidence of course, but it started as soon as I picked it up off the auto glass place parking lot. Couldn't something have been moved or displaced during the installation that would affect my alarm system?

Yes, the alarm system would have to detect that the window is closed, or it will set it off.

The installer forgot to connect a switch or it is out of adjustment due to the installation.

I would take it back to installer and have them remove inner door panel and check all connections and adjustments.
