My car shakes at 35 miles and over when driving now of course it just gradually got worse after I did a lot of traveling but I had one guy tell me I just need new tires which I know that much but another guy said I need an alignment as well . How much does an alignment cost and will me never having a tune up have anything to do with it cause the dealership told me I didn't need one until 80.000 or 90.000 miles... and my rpm hand doesn't go down to zero suddenly... it stays at 1 even when I'm at a complete stop I hope its nothing major can you tell me what's wrong and throw out some prices for me ?

Hi there,

Alignments are quite cheap, around $20-30 for a check the tune will have no bearing on the steering / body vibration, stat with the steering suspension and tyres, look for faults here first.
