I WAS TURNING THE VENT KNOB TO GO FROM FRONT AIR TO DEFROSTER AND HEARD A POP - THE KNOB STILL TURNS BUT NOTHING HAPPENS - I THINK THE CABLE BEHIND THE KNOB BROKE OR CAME LOOSE? HOW CAN I ACCESS

You have to remove a portion of dash to get to it.

Go to local community college and get online access to Mitchel or Alldata and print out repair instructions, these are generally free at your CC.
