2006 Toyota Corolla RATTLING NOISE AND BUMPY RIDE

HI Folks,

I have 2006 Corolla LE.
Past few months ride was bumpy ,I took to toyota service center checked for suspension,brakes(changed brake pads too),tire alignment.
But still ride is very bumpy and rattling even at less than 5MPH while driving inside the apartment enclave.
I can hear glasses rattling also.
Some times I feel one side of car is slightly lower than other side.

Would appreciate suggestions what would be exact cause of rough ride.
