2006 Toyota Corolla Noise sound coming our from Engine when

My engine is making noise something like it is touching something when I drive above 65MPH.
It doesn't come when you drive below 65MPH.
It is also not related to RMP speed. When I press accelarator while car is standing it doesn't make that noise.

It makes that specific noise when I drive it above 65MPH.

I showd it to local tuneup shop. They are saying everything is fine in the engine. And because sound is coming only when driving they cannot find it out what could be the reason.

Can you sugeest something what could be the reason.

take a look at the front spoiler or air dam. Sometimes when one looses a bolt or a clip they would make a noise when you hit certain speeds. check around the radiator shroud. If youy have electric fans let the car warm up until the fans go on and see if it makes a noise.
