2006 Toyota Corolla V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual jgggk miles

I have corolla 2006 .I was driving something was hitting my car from down.the air began to be irregular sound .When I put the gear in neutral sound raised.When I drive slowly it hesitate>
I changed the throttle body and sensor. but still same problem...

If I understand,

You were driving and something hit the bottom of the car causing an increased idle speed?

Whatever hit you car damaged a component on the engine, you will have to raise car, put on stands and inspect the underside to look for impact area.
