I have corolla 2006.I was driving something was hitting my car from down. The air began to be irregular sound. When I put the gear in neutral sound raised. When I drive slowly it hesitate>
I changed the throttle body and sensor. But still same problem.

If I understand,

You were driving and something hit the bottom of the car causing an increased idle speed?

Whatever hit you car damaged a component on the engine, you will have to raise car, put on stands and inspect the underside to look for impact area.
