2005 Toyota Corolla Rear Brake lights turn on during cold w

Brake ligts turn on during cold wheather. Dealer said the switch seems to be O.K. Since they could not figure out I thought I will get help from your expertise. Do you recommend to flush the brake fluid that could resolve the problems?

No that will not solve an electrical problem! It's either the adjustment of the switch, the switch, or a short to power...I can't believe the dealer can't locate it, ask to speak to the Toyota rep...
