2005 Toyota Corolla In Line Fuse replacement with battery r

my battery went out and the toyota dealer is saying they need to replace the inline fuse. They are saying it is an 1 1/2 hrs of work and charge 110$ per hour. The battery replacement is costing 134$, which is quoted at 300$. Do those numbers seem right?

Ive been screwed by mechanics more than once, would appreciate your insight.

About typical for a dealer. You can purchase a 3 year free replacement battery for around $90 at most autoparts stores, the inline fuse is going to be a Toyota part, in most cases.
