MY QUESTION IS HOW DO YOU GET THE FRONT PLATE OFF THE CD PLAYER/RADIO SO I CAN SEE WHY THE CD PLAYER IS JAM, IT WILL NOT PLAY AND YOU CAN'T REMOVE THE CDS, BUT THE RADIO PLAY JUST FI ND.

You need to take the cd player out and take it apart to get your cd out. Most likely you need a new unit.
