MY QUESTION IS HOW DO YOU GET THE FRONT PLATE OFF THE CD PLAYER/RADIO SO I CAN SEE WHY THE CD PLAYER IS JAM, IT WILL NOT PLAY AND YOU CAN'T REMOVE THE CDS, BUT THE RADIO PLAY JUST FI ND.
