I STILL CANNOT TURN OFF THE !@#$%^&* HEADLIGHTS !!!!!!! isn't there any module or relay or fuse that i can remove ? ( without throwing off the o.b.d. II computer , of course )

There should be (on dimmer switch control) a illistration of a headlight and "off" marked on the control. If moving the control to off does not work, then the dimmer switch is bad.

I have same system on my 03, I just leave it on all the time.
