My car makes a tumping noise when I back up out of my drive or a parking space when I have the wheel turned. It will also make the noise on U-turns or anytime I have the wheel turned more than slightly and accelerate. I have chked the power steering fluid and it is ok. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Jack the car up, put jackstands under it and inspect the front inner and outer CV joints for ripped boots. Check the outer tie rods, ball joints, steering rack, control arm bushings, struts and motor mounts for loose bolts/excessive wear.
