relay or fuse problem that make the list wiper signal shift lock radio fan blower. Would not work what to fix fuse or relay

Hello and thanks for donating

Test out fuse labeled DOME (15 amp) in the engine compartment junction block. Also test fuse labeled ECU-IG (10 amp) in the instrument panel junction block as well as fuse labeled GAUGE (10 amp) in same instrument panel block.
