After removing the four rear hub assembly bolts on my 2003 Corolla, the assembly still will not come off. Tapping with a hammer front and rear and applying penetrating oil doesn't seem to help. I am attempting to replace the hub assembly because of a bad bearing, ie I don't mind damaging the old assembly. What can I do to remove this stubborn hub?

Apply heat to knuckle (propane torch), which will cause it to expand and the assy should come out.

Hi, how did you remove the Hub at the end? I'm having the same problem.

Thanks
