I have removed the old mirror and I need To remove the interior door panel to unconnect the old wiring and replace it with the new.

How do I remove the door Panel?

It is held in place with plastic rivets, there is a tool you can buy at most autoparts stores to pop out the fasteners, a very common tool, just ask parts person.
