It appears the idle is about 500 rpm off. The IAC can control idle within a certain range, If IAC is fully closed and idle is still high, that would indicate a vacuum leak.
Some systems require the PCM to learn new parameters, some require re-flashing.
My advice it to call CAI manufacturer and get ahold of tech dept. Tell them the problem and see if they know what to do.
If you have access to a scan tool, you can watch what PCM is commanding the IAC to do, but remember, just because the PCM commands it, doesn't mean it happened.
