How can I turn the headlights off on my Toyota Corolla while it is running? On my GMC Pickup I could set the parking brake 1 click and that shut the lights off, but that doesn't work on this car.

Check the owners manual, but the headlights have a sensor that turn them on automatically, and "daytime running lights" that are on all the time for safety reasons.
