2003 Toyota Corolla A/C stops and starts by itself

My 03 Corolla a/c goes on and off intermittently for no reason at all. Sometimes for 10 minutes and sometimes for an hour. It seems the cooler the outside weather the more often it does this. A relay and the switch has been replaced. Coolant has also been added to the system. So far nothing has helped.

The AC system could be freezing up due to air and moisture, low pressure switch, faulty clutch switch and clutch relay.
