I have a 2003 corolla with about 100000 Miles on it. I am having this issue with AC where when I start it blows fine for the first 5-10 mins, and then just shuts down. Then I switch it off, and then I start it back up, I get the cold for 5-10 minutes and then it shuts down again. Any ideas?

It may be the AC system is creating excessive pressure, causing a shutdown.

The advice I give all people is to go to a qualified AC shop and have system diagnosed.
Special tools are required to measure high side pressure and this is best done by a qualified shop.
