Brakes problem
2002 Toyota Corolla Automatic 53000 miles

When I hit the gas petal, it feels like the breaks are on, but they're not. My car doesn't feel like it wants to speed up. Where is the problem coming from and how can I fix it?

Do you have a check engine light on?

Could be two problems, the CAT is clogged or a transmission shifting problem.

(Could be a host of other things, but I would suspect the above).
