2002 Toyota Corolla serial number

I have an early model '02 Corolla S and the valves have burned out. I'm having it repaired, but they can't find the serial number on the head. We need the serial number so that we can put the correct valves in.

Honestly never heard of that on a Toyota.

Engine model would be 1ZZFE, or 1ZZGE, heads may have a casting number, but not a serial number.

8th digit of VIN is engine model.
