2002 Toyota Corolla Dash bright Light Indicator/Parking Lig

Today my 2002 Toyota Corolla dash light indicator began to fade in and out, it was strange but I didn't think of it because One bright light was out. When I tried to park the car the parking lights would not shut off after removing the key. Has this happened before to anyone out there? Quick Fix? Usual Toyota problem? Help please!

Probably not a quick fix, either a stuck relay or headlight switch.

Check relay first, quickly touch it, if very warm or hot, then relay is bad.
