I am currently servicing the above mentioned car and would like to know how to change the in tank fuel filter.

You will have to lower tank, remove assy and change it, The filter is part of fuel pump assy, and is not serviceable itself.
What symptoms are you getting? Generally, unless some foreign substance or contaminated gasoline was put in tank, the filter should not need to be changed.
