REMOVAL
1.DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
2.REMOVE RECEIVER
3.DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE Remove the bolt and disconnect the hose. NOTE: Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out of the system.
4.REMOVE 2 UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORTS
5.REMOVE NO.6 RELAY BLOCK SET BOLTS
6.DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT HINT: It is not necessary to drain out all the coolant.
7.DISCONNECT UPPER RADIATOR HOSE
8.DISCONNECT ENGINE COOLANT RESERVOIR HOSE
9.REMOVE CONDENSER
a.Lift up the radiator and push it toward engine.
b.Remove the 2 condenser set bolts.
c.Pull the condenser toward radiator and pull it upward.
INSTALLATION
1.INSTALL CONDENSER
a.Install the condenser.
b.Install the 2 condenser set bolts.
c.Mount the radiator and install the 2 upper radiator sup- ports.
2.CONNECT UPPER RADIATOR HOSE Connect the upper radiator hose to radiator.
3.CONNECT ENGINE COOLANT RESERVOIR HOSE Connect the engine coolant reservoir hose to radiator.
4.FILL WITH ENGINE COOLANT
5.INSTALL NO.6 RELAY BLOCK SET BOLTS
6.CONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE
a.Lubricate a new O-ring with compressor oil and install them to the hose.
b.Install the hose with the bolt. Torque: 10 N.m (100 kg.cm, 7 ft.lb)
7.INSTALL RECEIVER
8.CHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
a.Evacuate air from refrigeration system.
b.Charge system with refrigerant and inspect for leakage of refrigerant. Specified amount: 650 ±50 g (22.93 ±1 76 oz.)
