2001 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Automatic 100000 miles

Hello. I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla with 100,000 miles on the car. I've been having intermitent issues accelerating lately, especially between 0-30 mph. The car has problems at stop and go and accelerating into 2nd gear. However, once above 2nd gear, the car drives just fine and it functions perfectly on the interstate at high speeds. I have had this car to 3 different mechanics who have replaced the o2 sensor, mass airflow sensor, and even the throtle position sensors. The fuel injectors have been cleaned and are deemed to be in good condition. Fuel pump was checked out fine. I have been told it is a fuel issue; however fuel pressure and volume tests were performed and checked out OK. A new fuel filter was replaced and the car still persists with this problem. All mechanics have been able to reproduce the issue only once each, and the diagnostics and computers are not showing any error codes. The car does not shake nor wabble. When I hit the gas petal at a stop light, the car feels like it's in idle and wont go. I have to hit it a few times, and slam the petal in order for it to kick into 3rd gear before it will actually accelate. I have also had the issue persist between 20-30 miles per hour. Once the car is above 30-40 mph, there's no problem. I have had all three mechanics tell me they have no idea what's going on. Please advise.
