2001 Toyota Corolla steering wheel giggles when driving

we want to buy a used car from the owner. price is very good, car drove great except for the steering wheel was giggling unless speed was over about 45 mph. owner said tire pressure low in 2 wheels but we wanted to make sure bigger problem not lurking in shadows. thanks! Amy

Have the alignment checked, not only do they check toe, camber and caster, they also inspect suspension components, like ball joints, tie rod ends.
