2001 Toyota Corolla Squealing or sqeaking brakes

I am getting a squealing or squeaking sound on my front brakes when slow for stop lights, drive thru etc.
How can I stop this noise? New pads were put on 5 month ago and new shoes in the rear in Febrauary 2008.

Where the rotors turned, or replaced? Could be "glazed", or the pads need a shim kit on them, this keeps the squealing down!
