2001 Toyota Corolla shudering

hi,I have this shurddering in my front wheels.When i slow down or brake it shudders and sometime i can't get it into gear,what could it be ?i got a new clutch plate put it 4months ago,could it have something to do with it?

Check all the brake pads and drums, then check the motor/transmission mounts.
