My low beams are working itermittently. I changed the 30 amp fuse inside the car. A coupe of months ago I replaced the bulb on the drivers side (low beam)It mostly does not work but occasionally low beam kicks in. Thank you

Make sure when installing bulbs not to touch the bulb itself.

It sounds like an intermittent open circuit, another possibility is the switch that activates headlights.

Check the bulb connector and seat for burnt wires, frayed wires, loose wires in connector.
