Electrical problem
2000 Toyota Corolla Front Wheel Drive Automatic 112000 miles

Wipers only work at highest speed. Do I need to change the motor, or the regulator? Or could it be something else? Thanks.

High there,

The low and high speed electronics are internal of the wiper motor, the stalk switch turns on the motor and switches the current to the slow side. so you will have to get both units tested. My money will be on the wiper motor, get that tested first, the switches rarely fail.
