Hello,

I have this funny smell coming from the vents when I turn my air condition on. It doesn't smell like oil or anything, it kinda has like a "old" smell.

When I turn my AC on high this whistling sounds happens also.

Is it possible to change the speed of your wipers? If it drizzles, I'll turn the handle 1 notch and the wipers are too fast.

What do you think is causing these concerns?

Thank you so much for your expertise!

Most auto parts stores sell a product that you can spray into the air intake under the dash to kill the mold in the duct work. You switch the AC to recirculate, on MAX and then spray the stuff in.

That's probably the bushings starting to fail in your blower motor. Pretty soon it will be such a high pitch, that your ears will start bleeding (ok, not really, but it's a horribly annoying sound)

Your wipers have at least 2 speeds, slow and fast.
Some cars have a 3rd setting that you can adjust the amount of delay.
If you're wiper switch only has 2 position, then you are going to have to live with it.

But, there may be a light at the end of the tunnel.
Often the wiper lever will have another position, normally in the different direction of the normal ON spot, and it will make the blades do a single wipe.

So you can give the windshield a single wipe when ever the mist gets too thick on the glass.
