recently i have been having a problem with the defrost. a check engine light came on and i took it to the autozone. they checked it with there computer and said it was a thermostat. i purchased one and when i tried to find the one to replace it was not in sight. how difficult is it to change this part on this car? if it is not hard where is it located and can you get me started? thank you so much for your help!

Locate the alternator
and lower radiator hose
thermostat housing and thermostat
you will have to drain down the coolant then remove belt and alternator and then the thermostat housing nuts and thermostat
