There is a whilling sound produced from the glove compartment when the speed go beyond 90km/h?

Not sure I understand what "whilling" is, but that is close to the heater core, although I would expect a sound all the time rather than 55mph.
It may be an issue with weather stripping on the doors or windows, that may sound like it's coming from the glove box.
Maybe a more accurate description of the noise?
