2000 Toyota Corolla Parking lights are always on

Hi,
Do parking lights remain on whenever you drive a Toyota Corolla? Mine do.

Recently I got my car jumpstarted. While doing so, the towing guy had to disable the alarm and had to fiddle with some switches related to the battery.

Now, I find that the parking lights are on when ever the engine is on. Is there some fuse that got burnt? Please help!

Either the switch that turns them on or a posible stuck relay.
