WHEN MAKING A RIGHT TURN AND GOING STRIGHT THE FRONT END HAS A TUMPING SOUND. ALSO WHEN DRIVING UNDER 30 MPH THE FRONT END SHAKES BUT SMOOTH OUT AT OVER 45 MPH

Raise car, put on stands. Grasp tire and push/pull both horizontally and vertically. If you detect any play, have someone else push/pull the tire while you look at the lower ball joint, tie rods, bushings, control arms, struts, to try and identify the problem.

Also inspect the inner and outer CV boots for cuts/tears and leaking grease.
