I have a issue where my corolla will only go 25 mph...It runs fine passed that, I can move it daily still and it doesnt jerk as I pull out of park but I can lay the pedal to the floor it still stops right at 25

Are you getting any codes?

First thing to do is to check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge.
