Hi
I have 1999 Toyota Corolla. 1 year back, the car's fuel gauge got stuck at full. I have been driving the car without any problem for last 1 year with the nuisance that I need to keep track of miles per full gas tank. I want to get it fixed now. I was wondering where the problem is? How much it will cost to fix this problem? It seems like fuel pump should be working OK as I am driving the car for last 1 year (15000 miles).

Thanks.

Usually when you turn ign. to "ON" the needle will go to empty, then to full or whatever fuel level is in tank, if not then I would suspect the gauge itself. If it works, then the sender in the tank would need to be replaced.
