1999 Toyota Corolla cooling fan

I would like to know what to look for if the cooling fan on my vehicle is not working. I replaced the water sensor and the relay for the fans, but it still does not work. I checked the power in the relay compartment and it does not have power. I would like to know if it has something to do with the computer?

Hi luis1976 and welcome to 2carpros Check the RDI fuse 30amp it powers the fan relay, also the fan circuit is not tied in with the computer

I checked the circuit fuse (30 amp), the fuse is good but the fuse compartment does not have power. What else can I check and I also I would like to know why the whole fuse compartment does not have power at all?

Find the power distribution box and test all those squared colored box called fusible links-power has to go thru this links before it goes anywhere-Its like the your house main breaker
