Electrical problem
1998 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I recently turned the car on and turned it off. The second time the ignition tumbler wouldn"t turn and when I pulled the key it out it was totally twisted. the car starts and runs fine. I just can't get the key to turn. What part do i need to replace? there appear to be a few options of varying expense.

Replace ignition switch (with key). You can also have a locksmith repair old unit, on site or in his shop.
