what is the plan to change the tier place around the car (just 4 tiers)every 10000 K.M

Some tires are directional, they have an arrow cast into them.

In this case you would move LF to LR and RF to RR.

my tiers did not have the arrow direction
and i was did this rotate once and the next time is comeing what i do?
same frist rotate or another plan

I would still rotate LF to LR and RF to RR.

It is always a good idea to have alignment checked.
