1998 Toyota Corolla PO441 EVAP issues (1998 Toyota Corolla)

This code never showed before in 110,000ml. I took this car to Toyota dealer to replaced contacts on the starter. The next day I have this code PO441 EVAP issues (1998 Toyota Corolla). There is no leakage in EVAP, because I would get different codes for it.

This code could also be a loose gas cap or not seating properly.

I would have Toyota or trusted garage test the solenoids, they have test equipment that simply plugs in and can test solenoid.
